Like book club, but instead of discussing a book we've read, we're doing bookkeeping, budgeting or any financial task for your business that would benefit from having group accountability and a “study hall monitor” to ask questions.

How it works

Choose which calls you want to join
Sign up for as many calls as you want. No requirement to join all four.

Share your goals & get to work
Share your goal for the session at the beginning, letting others know enhances the likelihood you'll get it done.

Ask questions and get feedback
Unsure about the task at hand, I'm there to give feedback. You can drop your question in the chat or ask it live on the call.

Your Questions
When are the calls?
Calls are the the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 5:30pm ET.
Exact dates are 9/16, 10/21, 11/18 and 12/16.
How are the calls held?
Calls are held via Google Meet, you can choose to have your camera on or off.
Call links will be emailed to you on the morning of the call.
What do I need to bring to the session?
Bring whatever you need to work on. Have transactions you need to catch up on? Need to get your biz bank accounts set up? It's your time to prioritize what you've been putting off.
Do I get time to ask you in-depth questions?
Bookkeeping Club is a group co-working session. While I'm there to answer simple questions it is NOT the place for detailed help with your business finances. Think of it as a dedicated monthly time-slot to work on your money alongside your peers.
How many people are in each call?
Calls are capped at 10 participants so that I can lend assistance if needed and to cultivate a more intimate vibe.
Calls require a minimum of 3 people to happen. If less than 3 ppl register for a call you have the option for a refund or to have your payment applied to another call/service.
What happens if I can't make it?
Once calls are paid for it's your responsibility to show up for your call time.
Refunds are only given for call slots that have less than 3 people registered by 6pm the night before the call.

ABOUT ME
I'm Dottie a bookkeeper and financial coached based out of wherever my van is parked. Yep, I live in a van…for now.
For most of my adult life I've been self-employed. As disciplined and motivited as I am I still find myself more productive when working around other people at coffee shops or the library.
I created Bookkeeping Club so you get both support and co-working vibes while tackling what most solopreuers put off till they can't any longer…their buisness finances.
